The Leadership Team
PRESIDENT
Name: Julia Bradshaw
The captain of the ship, Julia is responsible for the overall direction in which the AUDSS operates. She also acts as the official spokesperson and liason between the students of BDS and BOH and the School of Dentistry.
VICE-PRESIDENT
Name: Mustafa Mian
Mustafa assists Julia in the overall management of the AUDSS and liaison between the School of Dentistry and student body.
TREASURER
Name: Harry Perkins
Harry works with the Partnerships portfolio to manage the AUDSS finances as well as working with sponsors. He ensures all our payments are made so projects and events can run smoothly.
SECRETARY
Name: Petronilla Grace
Petronilla organises the meetings and agendas of the portfolios and the AUDSS as a whole. She is responsible for collaborating membership details and also handling the paper-trail of all activities the society undertakes.

PARTNERSHIPS PORTFOLIO
Executive Officer: Jessica Kuk
Partnerships General Committee: Sarah-Jayne Eliassen, and Alexander Khominsky
Partnerships works with exisiting and potential partners of the AUDSS to negotiate the terms and conditions of each sponsorship agreements and to ensure said agreements are fulfilled. Works with Treasury to balance the books.
COMMUNITY AID PORTFOLIO
Executive Officer: Denise Hsueh
Community Aid General Committee: George Chen
Insight Dental Rep: Ramya Avvari
AURHA Dental Rep: Vineel Chunduru
Community Aid seeks opportunities for the AUDSS to undertake independant community aid projects. They also work with AURHA and Insight to maximise the opportunities dental students have to make a difference in the wider community.
EVENTS PORTFOLIO
Executive Officers: Laura Asenstorfer and Abirami Parameswaran
Events General Committee: Matthew Bodo, Shamalka De Silva, Danielle Huynh, Lisa-Marie Martin, Daniel McKenzie, and Alexandra Mitchell
The formidible tag-team combination, Laura and Abirami are assisted by a general committee of six members to co-ordinate all new and existing events run by the AUDSS.
The Events Calendar is chock full of activities and is meticulously planned out to ensure maximised student participation in 2015.
They are responsible for the planning and scheduling of events including: Dental Camp, Dental Ball, Inter-year sports, Fresher's BBQ and Basement Parties.
IT PORTFOLIO
Executive Officer: Edward Vuong
Edward runs and maintains this website. Works with Publications and Marketing portfolio for timely release of the student e-magazine and online advertising of events respectively.
PUBLICATIONS PORTFOLIO
Executive Officer: Mark Low
Publications General Committee: Rose Allen
Publications is charged with editing and compilation of the quarterly Paperpoints newsletters and the annual Probe student magazine.
MARKETING PORTFOLIO
Executive Officer: Emma Chin
Marketing General Committee: Terence Cheong
Organises the design of events and activities organised by the AUDSS. Works with IT porfolio to release said advertisement. Responsible for sales of the AUDSS range of hoodies and knitwear.
STUDENT AFFAIRS PORTFOLIO
Executive Officer: Austin Yoo
Student Affairs General Committee: Christine Chan, and Vincent Tran
Student Affairs attempts to promote a wider understanding within the student body about the academic and professional issues in dentistry by organising lectures, workshops and debates.
